537X Series Micro Sensor Connectors: IDC Termination Simplifies Industrial Automation Connections

2025-08-06 16:21

The 5371, 5372, and 5373 series  are 2.00mm pitch micro sensor connectors featuring high integration density, superior performance, and high reliability. They support multi-gauge integration capability significantly optimizing PCB real estate utilization, enabling compact device designs.

Its unique IDC termination method eliminates the need for soldering or screw fastening, enabling quick connection of sensors and other components. This eliminates the tedious wire stripping step, facilitates easier assembly, and can increase assembly efficiency by up to 80%. Moreover, compared to traditional soldering or crimping terminal solutions, IDC technology effectively avoids wire waste and debris.
